  • Tartan Amoebas - Celtic music for the nineties - an inspired blend of bagpipes, fiddle, guitar and sax, laid over trip-hop rhythms
  • Afro-Asian Drum and Dance Explosion featuring Baka Beyond - A favourite on the festival circuit, Baka Beyond’s unique sound fuses Gaelic melodies with African rhythms and the sounds of the Baka tribes of the Cameroon rainforest.
  • Boka Halat - The premiere performance of a unique cross-cultural fusion initiated by Traditional Arts Projects and funded by the Afro-Caribbean Music Circuit. Indian tablas meet West Indian steel pans, African talking drums and melodeon and oboe.
  • Dhol Foundation - Asian drumming of mind-blowing power and precision.Plus Asian Khatak (check this spelling!) and African stilt dancers
  • Instrumental - Leading contemporary string ensemble whose have lent string sounds to some of the seminal dance records of the nineties including collaborations with the Orb and 4-Hero.
  • The Felsons - American roots music from Scotland? This credible young country act act have just won a support slot for The Mavericks - no stetsons...no schmaltz just solid songwriting

  • Musafir - Gypsies of Rajasthan - An incredible music and cabaret spectacle featuring whirling dervishes, desert drag queens and fire breathing fakirs, Musafir have caused a storm at festivals across the UK and Europe
  • Mika - New Zealand’s answer to Bette Midler. Mika’s extraordinary talent goes from the Maori haka to the theme from Stingray, complementing his own hits in a way you won’t forget.

  • One Tree Island featuring The Free Agents and Zumbar Djs - Manchester club with a loyal following and a reputation for unusual and innovative parties.
