History
A celebration of the solstice has taken place since the vast stone slabs were arranged into a circle some five thousand years ago. More recently however, peoplehas become synonymous with an on-going conflict between the police and have become a regular feature in the ccelebration surrounding this ancient site Lots of controversial actions taken against travellers but the movement to celebrate the summer solstice still continues
This year a group of people are planning a celebration of some kind - we wait with baited breath.
